People will often ask me, "How much for a one-bedroom condo in this area?" Or, "How much for a two-bedroom condo in that area?" What I have done for a number of areas around the Downtown Core is list the current lowest priced one-bedroom, current lowest priced two-bedroom, the lowest sale price for a one bedroom so far this year, the average and median sale prices for one-bedrooms this year, the lowest sale price for a two-bedroom so far this year and the average and median sale prices for two-bedrooms this year.
