There have been 219 sales in the last 90 days, with the average sale price during that time coming in at $1,229,238 and the median sale price being $1,105,000.  The least expensive sale price so far this year was in August for a 2-bedroom, 700 square foot home at Coldwell Beach for $200,000 and the most expensive so far this year was in February for a 7-bedroom, 13,000 square-foot waterfront home in Deep Cove, for a little under $6,000,000.
