Phase 1 for the Olympic Village will feature a mixed-use community with 1100 residential units, with 250 of them categorized as affordable housing and 100 of them categorized as modest market housing. When it's all done, there will be 5000 residential units, a community centre, boating facility, a number of licensed child-care facilities, 2 out-of-school care facilities, an elementary school and 10 acres of park space.
