Open House Thoughts
I was doing an Open House in the Lower Lonsdale area of North Vancouver today and giving the whole process some thought. One of my ideas is the following: An owner opens up his home to perfect strangers for 2 hours. I think it's only right that he should know the names and phone numbers of the people who have traipsed through his home. No one is going to call anyone who does not want to be called. It is all about courtesy...and perhaps accountability.
