Buyers are paying top dollar for homes these days. What are some of the things they are looking for? Location has been and will continue to be important. More people are now looking for green features such as upgraded insulation, high efficiency furnaces and eco-friendly flooring (ie. bamboo). Having living space all on one level is more desirable now, as is having laundry facilities in close proximity to the bedrooms and perhaps even an elevator for those with mobility challenges.
